Ludovica practises as a civil lawyer, working mainly in the areas of banking, insurance, commercial,
family and inheritance law, as well as advising and assisting on consumer credit, late payment reporting to
Credit Information Systems (Crif, Experian-Cerved, CTC), bonds and contracts.
The services rendered by Ludovica include out-of-court and in-court assistance at every stage of
credit recovery up to and including enforcement proceedings, advocacy before the Judicial Authority, the
Banking and Financial Arbitrator and Guarantor Authorities, assistance and advice in negotiations, and
drafting of opinions.
Ludovica interacts with a team of professional colleagues of well-established trust, which allows her to
provide throughout her jurisdiction a dynamic, scrupulous, efficient and attentive service to the needs
of each client. Ludovica’s clientele is mainly made up of medium-large companies operating in the
banking and financial sectors, self-employed professionals and private individuals who, in addition to
