Katerina is the founder of White & Blue Legal and is a truly international lawyer. Katerina is a qualified solicitor in the UK and a Greek lawyer while she has more than 25 years of experience in both jurisdictions.

Her areas of practice include international taxation and legal structures, EU/UK  GDPR  compliance, e-commerce, cross-border investments/transactions and for the past 7 years, she is also practicing private client international law in both commercial and civil litigation between Greece and the UK. Katerina is also an accredited mediator in Greece and has successfully settled numerous disputes among the tax office, banks and private debtors while acting as such.

In addition, since a truly international lawyer,  Katerina is also experienced in acting for both  HNWIs and family offices

Katerina began her more than 25-year career working for the Big Four industry, dealing primarily with complicated corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning compliance and tax issues relating to investment. Following this, she worked as General Counsel of a start-up investment bank, gaining further expertise in banking contracts, tax planning of investment banking products, corporate finance, and compliance.

Katerina is fluent in Greek, English and German, is based in London and the contact person of  WBL’s team.
